Setting Up QR Codes
Generate, print, and place QR codes for table ordering
Generate QR codes for your tables
1/5Go to your dashboard and click 'QR Codes' in the sidebar. Click 'Add Tables' and enter the number of tables in your shop. A unique QR code is automatically generated for each table (Table 1, Table 2, etc.), so orders are linked to the correct table.

Download and print your QR codes
2/5Click 'Print All' to download a single PDF containing all your QR codes, neatly laid out for printing. Each QR code is labeled with the table number. Print on regular A4 paper at any print shop — laminating them costs a little extra but protects against spills.

Place QR codes on your tables
3/5Cut out each QR code and place it on the matching table. Use a small acrylic stand ($1-2 each) or tape them to the table surface. Position them where customers naturally look — near the edge of the table or on the table tent. Make sure they are not covered by condiments or napkins.

Test scanning from a customer's perspective
4/5Use your own phone to scan each QR code and verify it opens your menu correctly. Check that the table number shown at the top matches the physical table. Try placing a test order to confirm the order appears on your POS dashboard with the right table number.

Customize your QR code branding
5/5Back in the QR Codes section, click 'Customize' to add your shop logo to the center of each QR code and choose a color scheme that matches your brand. You can also add a short call-to-action text below the code, like 'Scan to order' or 'Scan here for menu'.
