Go to ysw-lab.com and click 'Get Started Free'. You can sign up with your email address or use Google sign-in for a faster setup. No credit card is required to start your free trial.

Set up your shop profile

Choose your business type from the dropdown (restaurant, cafe, retail store, salon, or other). Enter your shop name, address, and select your country. Your local currency and tax rate are automatically configured based on your location.

Add your first menu category

From your new POS dashboard, click 'Menu' in the left sidebar. Click '+ Add Category' and name it something like 'Main Dishes' or 'Beverages'. Categories help organize your items so customers can browse your menu easily.

Inside your category, click '+ Add Item'. Fill in the item name, set the price, and upload a photo from your phone or computer. Add a short description if you like. Repeat for at least 3-5 items so your menu looks ready for customers.

Generate your first QR code

Click the 'QR Codes' tab in the sidebar. Your first QR code is automatically generated for Table 1. Click 'Download' to save it as an image, or 'Print' to print it directly. Place it on your counter or table for customers to scan.
