Connecting Payments
Set up Stripe to receive card payments directly to your bank
Open Payment Settings
1/5From your YSW Lab dashboard, go to Settings in the sidebar and click the 'Payment' tab. This page shows your current payment status and available payment providers. You will see a 'Connect with Stripe' button if you have not set up payments yet.

Connect your Stripe account
2/5Click 'Connect with Stripe'. You will be redirected to Stripe's secure onboarding page. If you already have a Stripe account, sign in. If not, Stripe will guide you through creating one — you will need your business registration details and bank account information.

Complete Stripe verification
3/5Stripe will verify your identity and business details. This is usually instant, but in some cases it may take 1-2 business days. You will receive an email from Stripe when verification is complete. Meanwhile, you can continue setting up your menu and shop.

Verify the connection in your dashboard
4/5Once Stripe approves your account, return to Settings > Payment in your YSW Lab dashboard. You should see a green 'Connected' badge next to Stripe. Your customers can now pay with credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay when ordering through your QR menu.

Process a test payment
5/5Place a test order by scanning your own QR code and completing a small payment. Check that the payment appears in both your YSW Lab order history and your Stripe dashboard. Money is deposited directly to your bank account on Stripe's payout schedule (usually 2-3 business days).
